The project goal
A practical result, defined before the work begins
Some property projects need more reach, traction, lifting capacity, and attachment flexibility than standard handheld equipment can provide. The Bobcat T740 expands what Handyman Unlimited can handle while keeping the planning, communication, and accountability with the local team you hired. The goal is not simply to bring a machine onto the property. It is to match the equipment, attachment, access plan, and finished result to the actual site.
What the service may include
Scope first. Assumptions out.
Because land and site conditions vary widely, the written estimate defines the exact work area, equipment plan, material handling, and finished condition. A project may include:
- Forestry mulching and brush clearing in defined areas
- Pond-perimeter clearing and reclamation of overgrown banks
- Removal of invasive brush and choked shoreline undergrowth
- Controlled demolition of eligible sheds, barns, detached garages, or outbuildings
- Site preparation for sheds, outbuildings, or other planned improvements
- Excavating, rough grading, leveling, and redistribution of suitable on-site material
- Gravel driveway restoration, washout repair, and surface leveling
- Drainage improvements, swales, or agreed French-drain excavation
- Loading, stockpiling, or hauling arrangements defined in the estimate
A good project fit
This may be right for you if…
- An overgrown pond edge, bank, or property section needs machine-assisted clearing
- A deteriorated detached outbuilding is taking up usable space
- A shed, outbuilding, or improvement needs a prepared and leveled area
- A gravel driveway has washouts, ruts, or uneven material
- Runoff is contributing to recurring wet areas or erosion
- You want one accountable local team to define the machine work and finished scope
