About Handyman Unlimited

Built locally. Growing with intention.

Clint Davis built Handyman Unlimited to create something of his own. As the business grows, the goal remains the same:
clear communication, close attention, and one accountable standard for the work.

A business built for closer attention and thoughtful growth

Clint’s entrepreneurial drive was about taking control of his professional direction and building work he could stand behind. Handyman Unlimited is the customer-facing result: a local business grounded in listening, clear explanations, follow-through, and pride in the finished result.

Growth will mean bringing more people into the business without losing the standards that earned customer trust. Customers should still know who is responsible, what the written scope includes, and how decisions will be communicated.

Core values

What the working relationship should feel like

Premium work does not need corporate language. It needs a clear scope, sustainable pricing, honest communication, and dependable follow-through.

01

Pricing that protects the work

Firm, transparent pricing gives preparation, material decisions, and craftsmanship the room they need. The goal is long-term value, not winning on the lowest number.

02

Finish the agreed scope well

A project is not treated as complete until the client has reviewed the work included in the written scope and the team has addressed any agreed completion items.

03

Work with people, not transactions

Mutual respect, real rapport, and honest answers make for better projects and better decisions on both sides.

“The strongest promise is not a slogan. It is staying close to the project, communicating honestly, and making sure the agreed work is reviewed with the customer.”
